CENTRAL EXCISES

G.S.R. 60CE).—In exercise of the power¹) conferred umlei iiib-iule (1) of

rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby

exempts "sterilised miltone", fulling under item No. IB of the first Schedule

to the Central Excise and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), fiom the whole of duty

of excise leviable thereon.
