G.S R. 62(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sutwule (.1) of rule

N of the Central Excise Rutes, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes

the following fmther amendments in the notification of the Government of India

in the Ministry of Firuince (Department of Revenue) No, 272/79-Cfi, dated

thtt IStlj Oitober, 1⁽>79, namely

fn the said notification

:—

(i) for the word "Acfministratoi", wherever it occurs,

the

words

"Development Commissioner" shall be substituted;

(ii) in paru. 1, after the words "production of goods", the words "or

in connection uith production of goods", shall be inserted,
