ORDER

New Delhi, the 13th February, 1981

S.O. 95(E)/18FB/IDRA/81.—Whereas by the Order of the Government

of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development)

No. S.O. 105(E)/18FB/IDRA/78, dated the 17th February, 1978 (hereinafter

refeired to as the said Order), the Central Government, in exercise of the

powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18 FB of the Indus-

tries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), declared that the

operation of all contracts, assurances of pioperty, agreements, settlements, awards,

standing orders or other insLruments in force immediately before the date of

issue of this Order (other than those rclaling to secured liabilities to banks and

financial institutions) to which the industrial

undertaking known as Messrs

Indore Textiles Limited, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh is a party or which may

be applicable to the said industrial undertaking or company shall remain HIS-

pended for a period of one year fiom such date and that all the rights, piivi-

Icges, obligations, and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said

date shall remain suspended for the said post;

And whereas the duration of the said Order WHS extended upto nnd in-

clusive of the 16th February, 1981 ;

And whereas tho Central Government is satisfied that the dilution of the

said Order should be extended for a further peiiod of one year ;

Now, thercfoie, in excicise of the powcis conferred by clause (b) of sub-

section (1), read with sub-section (2), of section 18 FB of the Industries (Deve-

lopment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Ccntial Government

hereby extends tho duiatlon of the said Older upto and inclusive of the 16th

February, 1982.
