CUSTOMS .
G.S.R. 68(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of
1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is
necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the
following amendment in the notification of the Government
of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue,
No. 179-Customs, dated the 4th September, 1980, namely:—
In the said notification, in condition (1), for item (i) and
the entry relating thereto, the following shall be substituted,
namely:—
"(i) Industrial Adviser or Additional Industrial Adviser of
the Directorate General of Technical Development
of Ministry of Industry";
