GSR 7ME).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sec-

tion 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 19551,

the Ccntial Government hereby makes the following

Order

1. (1) This Oidci may be called the Fertiliser (Movement

Control) Amendment Order, 1981.

(2) It shall come into force on the date oi its publica-

tion in the Olllcial Gazette.

2. In the Fertiliser (Movement Control) Ordei, 1973,—

(1) In th<s proviso to clause 3,

(a) the items (iii) and (iv) shall be deleted; and

(b) after item (v), the following items shall be inserted,

namely :

(v-a) by the Southern Patrochemical Industries Cor-

poration Madras; or

(v-b) by the Mangalore
