(Licensing and Control) Order, 1961, I, S. P. Mallik, Jute Commissioner hereto

fix Rs. 435.50 per 100 bags as the maximum ex-factory price at which B. Twills

(a variety of Jute textiles) of the size 431" x 26*' H. D. W. I. P. 44* x 26J*

Hd. 2ilbs. per bag, 6x 8 C3-blue, dry sewn and conforming in all other reMje-

cts to the current ISI specification (No. IS : 2566—1965) as amended up-to-date)

shall bo purchased or sold during tho month of February, 1981.

Provided that the price so fixed shall be reduced to the extent as specified in

column (2) or column (3) or both of the Table below, in respect of the minimum

breaking strength as specified la the corresponding entry in column (1) of said

Table.

The price fixed under this notification shall be exclusive of the duty of excise

and the sales tax which shall be paid in addition to the ex-factory price by the pur-

chaser at actuals.
