ORDER

G.S.R. 75(E).—In e\eicise of Ihc powers conferred by the proviso to h.ub-

^ection (1i ol section 19 of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 (58 of

1962), the Cential Government, after consultation with the Government of

Maharn^hiia, hereby increases the maximum limit of the aulhorised capital

of the ISlnhainshtru State Warehousing Corpoiation to five ciore9 of rupees,

divided into five lacs shares of the f,ice value of one hundred rupees each.
