conferred by sub-section (3C) of section 3 of the Essential

Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government

hereby makes the following Order further to amend trie

Sugar (Price Delciminalion for 1980-81 Production) Order

1980, namely:—

1. (1) This Older may be called the Sugar (Plice Diitcinu-

nnlion for 1980-K1 Pioduction) (Second Amendment) Ouici,

1981.

(2)It shall come into force i\t once.

2. In the Sugar (Price Determination for 1980-81 Pioduc-

tion) Order, 1980,—

Tn Schedule V,—

(i) under the heading "PUNJAB", after serial number 6

and the entiy relating thereto the following serial

number and eutiy shall be inserted, namely :—.

"7. Punjab

Khand

Udyog

Limited,

Zira, District

Fcrozpur." ;

(ii) under the heading "GUJARAT", after serial number

12 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial

number and entry shall be Inserted, namely:—

"13. M/s. Amreli Sahakaii Kriehi Khand Udyoj Limit-

ed, Ami cli.";

(iii) under the healing "MAHARASHTRA", aftei .seii.ii

numbci 74 and the entry relating thereto, the follow-

ing

serial number and entry shall be
