NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 27th Fobruaiy, 1981
G.S.R. 83 (p).—In exorciso of the powers conferred by
Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act,
1951 (61 of 1951), read with rule 4 of the Tndian Forest Service
(Cadre) Rules, 1966, the Central Government, in consultation
with the Government of Himachal Pi adesh, hereby makes the
following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Ser-
vice (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966. namely:—
1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Forest
Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Third Amendment Re-
gulations, 1981.
(2) They shall come into force on (he date of their public.i-
tion in the Official Gazette.
2, In the Schedule to the Indian Forest Service (Fixation
of Cadre Strength) Regulation*;, 196(5, for the heading "Hima-
chal Pradesh" and the entries occuning thereunder, the
following shall be substituted, namely :—
"HIMACHAL PRADHSH"

G.S.R. 84(E).—In exercise
of
the
powers
conferred
hy sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act,
1951 (61 of 1951), read with rule 11 of the Indian Forest
Service (Pay) Rules, 1968, the Central Government, in con-
sultation with the Government of Himachal Pradesh, hereby
makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Forest
Service (Pay) Rules, 1968, namely:—-
1. (1) These Rules may be called the Indian Forest Service
(Pay) Third Amendment Rules, 1981.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publica-
tion in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 1968 :—
(a) )n Schedule m-A—Posts carrying pay above the rime
scale pay in the Indian Forest Service under the State
Governments, in the Table for the entry "Himachal
Pradesh" occurring in the first column and
the
corresponding entries in the second and third column*,
the following shall bo substituted, namely:—
