New Delhi, the 27th February, 1981

S.O. 131(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act,

1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, being requested

so to do by Punjab National Bank, establishes, with effect

from the 28th February, 1981 a Regional Rural Bank in

the State of Rajasthan under the name of Alwar-Bhartpur

Anchalik Gramin Bank which shall operate within the local

limits of the districts of Alwar and Bharatpur in the State of

Rajasthan.

S O. 132(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act,

1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, after consultation

with the Reserve Bank, of India and Punjab National Bank,

by which Alwar-Bharatpur Anchalik. Gramin Bank has been

sponsoredl, specifies Bharatpur as the place where Alwar-

Bharatpur Anchalik Gramin Bank shall have its, head efflce.

for the purposes of the said sub-clause, Alwar-Bharatpur

Anchalik Gramin Bank, Bharatpur being an institution estab-

lished under sub-section (1) of section 3 of th: Res'orul Rural

Banks Act. 1976 (21 of W5).
