New Delhi, the 28th February, 1981

S.O. 13f(E).—Iaexcrcitt of the power* conferred by sub-section (3) of seUion 1

of the Employees' State Insurance Act. 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Govern-

ment hereby appoints the 1st March, 1981 as the date on which, the provisions

of Chaptev IV (eatcept sections 44 and 45 which have already been brought

into force) and Chapters V and VI (except sub-section (1) of section 76 and

sections 77, 78, 7S' and 81 whkh bavc already been brought into frocc) of

the said Act shall come into force in the following .ireas in the Stale of Punjab,

tiamely :—

"Revenue Village Axamgarh Had Baat No. 110 and revenue village

Sheikhon bad Bast No. 156 in the District of Ferozepur."
