G. S. R. 170 (E.):—In pursuance of sub-claiw (i)of clause

(u) of sub-sect ion (]) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act,

1963 (38 of 1963), the Cental Government hereby specifies

tho number of persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table

below to be appointed by that Government to represent the

Interests mentioned In column (1) of the said Table on the

Board of Trustees of iho Tuticorin Port Trust.

2. Tins notification shall come into force on the 1st April,

1981.

G. S. R. 171 (E).:—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-

clause (il) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the

Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Govern-

ment hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in

column (4) of the Table below to bo elected by each of tho bo-

dies, to represent each of the interests, shown respectively in

the corresponding entries in columns (2) and (3) of the said

Table, on the Board of Trustees of the Tuticorin Port Trust :

Provided that in the case of the body mentioned agains;

each of the serial numbers 5, 6 and 7 of the said Table, being

owned or controlled by the Government, the persons to bo

elected by each such body shall be appointed by the Central

Government.

2. In pursuance of sub-section (4) of section 1 of the afore-

said Act, the Central Government hereby specifies the period

ending with the 20th March, 1981 as the period within which

the election of Trustees shall be held.

3. This notification shall come into force on the 1st April,

1981.
