NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 6th March, 1981

CUSTOMS

S.O, 148(E).—Tn exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section

7 of th.; Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), ihe Central Government hereby

nukes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government

of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance)

No. 75-Cnstom,, dated the 3rd July, 1975, namely :—

In th" Table annexed to the said notification, against Serial No. 1, in column

3, in item (b), after sub item (xix), the following sub-item shall be inserted,

nameiy :—

"(xx) chilled meat"

Explanatory Note

This notification permits export of chilled meat from Ahmedabad Airport

which has been declared as Customs airport.
