S.O. 152(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control)

Older, 1979 and in supersession of the Order of the Government

of India in the Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals and Ferti-

lizers (Department of Chemicals and Fertilizers), No. S.O.

71 (E), dated, the 24th January, 1981, the Central Government

hereby fixes the price as specified in column (3) of the Table

below as the maximum price at which each of the indigenously

manufactured bulk drug, specified in the corresponding entry

in column (2) thereof shall be sold:

S.O. 153(E).—In exercise of the powfcrs conferred by sub-

paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Con-

trol) Order, 1979, and in supersession of the Order of

the Government of India in the Ministry of

Petroleum,

Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Chemicals ana

Fertilizers), No. S.O. 844(E), dated the 9th October, 1980, the

Central Government hereby fixes Rs. 183. 14 per kg. as the

maximum sale price at which Procaine Hydrochloride manu-

factured indigenously shall be sold.

S.O. 154(E).—In exercise of the power* conferred by sub-

paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control)

Order, 1979, the Central Government hereby fixes Rs. 1271.00

per kg. as the maximum sale price at which Benzathine

Penicillin manufactured indigenously shall be sold.

195(E), dated, the 2nd April 1979, namely:—

In the Table annexed to the said Order—

1. Under the heading, Category I formulations, Serial No.l,

Serial No. 2, Serial No. 5, Serial No. 13(a) and Serial No. 15

tind the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.

2. Under the Heading Category It formulations. Serial

No 1, Serial No. 2, Serial No. 6, Serial No. 8, Serial No. 10

and Serial No. 14 and the entries relating thereto shall be

omitted.
