ORDER

S.O. 159(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section

139 of the Border Security Force Act, 1968 (47 of 1968), the Central Gov-

ernment hereby confers, with the concurrence of the State Government

of

Madhya Pradesh, upon members of the Border Security Force the powers

which may be exercised by the members of the corresponding ranks of the

Madhya Pradesh Special Armed Force under section 8 of the Madhya Pradesh

Vishesh Sashastra Bal Adhiniyam, 1968 (Madhya Pradesh Act 29 of 1968).
