section 25 of the Custom Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government,

being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do hereby makes

the following further amendment in the notification of the Goiernmcm of

India in the Ministry of Finance (Depaitment of Revenue) No,

132-Customs

dated the 2nd July, 1980, namely :—•

Note : This seeks to amend notification No. 132-Customs, dated the second

of July, 1980 so as to add five more products of Nepalese origin found as pei

the agreed procedure, to qualify for preferential entry into

Indij under the

Indo-Nenai Treaty of Trade, 1978. These goods when imported

fiom Nepal

into India would be exempted fiom Customs duties.
