NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 11th March, 1981

S.Ov 175(E).—In pursuance of clause (iv) of section 2 of the Prevention

of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954), the Central Government hereby

appoints Shri A. G. Lakhani, Senior Scientific Officer to perform all or any

of the functions of the Director of the Central Food Laboratory, Pune, with

effect from

1st March,

1981 for

a

period

of six

months or till a

appointment is notified whichever is earlier and makes the following further

amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Health

and Family Welfare, (Department of Health), No. S.O. 81(E), dated the 8th

February, 1978, namely :—

la the Table to the said notification, against item 2, in column (1) for the

existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :—

"Shii A. G. Lakhani".
