NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th JNfarcb, 1981

S.O. 184(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of

section 1 of the Emplayew* State Insurance Act, 1943 (34 of 1948), the Central

Government hereby appatyita the 15th March, 1981 as the date on which the

provisions of Chapter IV (eX'cept sections 44 and 45 which .have already b$en

brought into force) and Chapters V and VI (except sub-section (1) of section

76 and sections 77, 78, 79 and 81 which have already been brought into force)

,pf the said Act shall come into forco in the following areas in the State of

Orissa, namely :—

''

"Areas of revenue villages b£ Darpi'n, Sasaosima and Sasan Purusottam-

pur in Tehsjl Darpan District Cuttack,"
