CUSTOMS

C.S.R. 179(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-stvt.oii

(3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962, (52 of 1962), and in supersession

of the notification of the Government of India in (he Ministry of Finance,

Department of Revenue No. 20A-Customs G.S.R. No. 79(E) dated (he 26th

February, 1981, the Central Government hereby determines that, for the pur-

pose of section 14 of the said Act, the rate of exchange for conversion of one

Russian Rouble into Indian currency or vice versa, shall be rupees 9,4189.
