conferred by tub-section (J)

of section 25 of the Customs Act, J962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being

satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following

further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry

of Finance (Department of Revenue) No, 117-Customs [GSR 318(E)] dated the 9th

June, 197M, namely: —

In the First Schedule to the said notification,—

(a) for Serial No. 5 and the entries relating thereto, the folio wit g shall be substi-
