pany Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 (42 o£

1980), the Central Government hereby specifies the 23rd day of March, 1981

as the date for th« purposes of.—

(i) clause (a) of sub-section (1; of section 1-5 • and

(ii) for clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 16, in so far as it relates

tf the amount specified in sub-section (1) of section 9.
