S.O. 176 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

paragraph (1) of paragraph 12 of the Drugs (Price Control)

Order, 1979, the Central Government hereby makes the follow-

ing farther amendments in the Order of the Government of

India in the Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals and Fertilizers,

(Department of Chemicals and Fertilizers), No. S.O. 195(E),

dated the 2nd April, 1979, namely:—

(1) In the Table annexed to the said Order,

(i) Under the heading

'Category I formulations'

Serial No. 10, 11 and 12 and the entries relating

thereto shall be omitted.

(ii) Under the heading 'Category II formulations,-

Sl. No. 5,15,17, 23 and 24 and the entries relating

thereto shall be omitted.
