CUSTOMS

G.S.R. 190(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section

(3) of section 14 of the Customs Ac¹, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession

of the notification of. «hw*Government of India in the Ministry of Finance,

Department of Revenue No. 64—Customs [G.S.R. No. 179(E)li dated the 14th

March, 1981, the Central Government hereby determines that, for the purpose

of section 14 of the said Act, the rate of exchange for conversion of

one

Russian Rouble into Indian currency or vice versa, shall be rupees 9.7074.
