ORDER

New Delhi, the 25th March, 1981

S.O. 215(E).—/18FB/IDRA,/8l.—Whereas by th-^ Order of the Government

of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Indintrial Development)

No. S.O. 192(E)/18FB/IDRA/79 dated the 3W March, 1979 (hciciiinrtei- icfei-

red to as the said Order), the Central Government in exercise of the poweis con-

ferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18FB of tho Industries (Deve-

lopment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), declared that the operation of

all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, standing

orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of Issue of the

said Order (other than those relating to .secured liabilities to banks find financial

institutions) to which the industrial undertaking known as Messis Mahadeva

Textile MUla. Hubli, Karnataka, is a party or which may be applicable to the

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read

with sub-section (2), of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Rosu-

•ation) Act 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby extends the

duration of the said Order for a further period upta and inclusive of the 30th

March, 1982.
