NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, tho 27th March, 1981

S.O. 230(E).—In respect of aluminium required to be supplied in terms of

Order No. S.O, 357(E), daled tho 15th July, 1975, issued in pursuance of sub-section

(t) of section 3, read with clause (f) of sub-section (2) of the said section of the

Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) and clause 4 C of the Aluminium

(Control) Ordor, 1970, the Central Government hereby fixes under the first proviso

to sub-clasue (1) of clasuo 4 of the Aluminium (Control) Order, 1970, the sule price

of such indigenous aluminium sold as ingots, billats, wire bars and wire rods

as specified in the Schedule bolow :—
