New Delhi, the 27th March, 1981

S.O- 233(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

jection (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks

Act,

1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, being requested

so to do by State Bank of India, establishes, with effect from

the 28th March, 1981 a Regional Rural Bank in the State

of Madhya Pradesh under the name of Shivpuri-Guna Kahet-

riya Gramin Bank which shall operate within the local limits

of the districts of Shivpuri

and

Guna in the State

of

Madhya Pradesh.

S.O. 234(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act,

1976 (21 of 1976), The Central Government, after consulta-

tion with the Reserve Bank of India and State Bank of India,

by which Shivpuri-Guna Kshetriya Gramin Bank has

been

sponsored, specifies Shivpuri as the place where Shivpuri-

Guna Kshetriya Gramin Bank shall have its head office.

S.O. 235(E).—In pursuance of sub-cteuse (iii) of clause (a)

of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India

Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Govennent hereby noti-

fies, for the purposes of the said sub-clause, Shivpun-Guna

Kshetriya- Gramin Bank, Shlvpuri being an institution estab-

lished under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural

Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976).
