ORDER

New Delhi, the 31st March, 1981

G.S.R. 247(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (1) of

clause 14 of the Vegetable Oil Products Contiol Order, 1947, as continued in

force by sub-section (2) of section 16 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955

(10 of 1955), the Vegetable Oil Products Contioller for India hereby makes

the following fmther amendments in the notification of the Government of

India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food),

No. GSR 1169, dated the 2nd July, 1963, namely:-^

In the Schedule to the said notification, against item "High-density polythene

containers" specified in column 1, for the entries in column 3, the

following

entries shall be substituted, namely:—

"(i)

5.0

(ii) 4.0

(iii) 2.0

(iv) 1.0"
