19M, relating to the National Company Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of

Undertakings* Rule;., 1980, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary

Pait II- Seciion 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 8th January, 1981 at page 38,—

ul in the opening paragraph, foi the bracket and words "(Acquisition and

Transfer or Undertakings" read "(Acquisition and Transfer of

Undertakings)";

tii) in sub-rule (1) of rule 1, for the bracket and words "(Acquisition and

Transfer of Undertakings" read "(Acquisition and Transfer of Under-

takings)" ;

(iii) in rule 3, in line 5,—
