New Delhi, the 31st March, 1981

S.O. 263(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ft) of section

2 of the Hind Cycles Limited and Sen Releigh Limited (Nationalisation) Act,

1980 (70 of 1980), the Central Government hereby specifies the 31st day of

March, 1981, as the date for tHe purpose of section 16 of the said Act.
