5.O. 264(E).—In exeicise of the powers confeired bv Section 3 of the Lssen-

tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955). the Central Government heieby makes

the follow )ng order fuithei to amend the Imported Cement Control Ordei,

1978, namely:—

1. (I) This Older may be cilled tire Imported Cement Control (Amendment)

Order, 1931.

(ii) Tt shall come into force with effect from 1st April, 1981.

2. In Jause 6 of the Imported Cement Control Oidei, 1978 foi the figure

"453 42"' the figure "449.45" shall be substituted.
