S.O. 267(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sec-

tion 11 of the Copyright Act 1957 (14 of 1957), the Central

Government hereby reconstitutes the Copyright Board con-

sisting of:—

Shri Justice Hardayal Hardy shall hold the office of Chair-

man upto the 30th September, 1981.

The other non-official members shall hold office for the

full term of the Board which is four years with effect from

1st April, 1981. The official members shall, however, hold

office for the full term of the Board or till the date they

hold offices under their respective Governments, whichever

date is earlier.
