G.S.R. 195(E)/Ess.Cow,/Sugar.—In exercise of the powers coni'ened

by

clause 5 of the Sugar (Control) Order, 19ti6, and in supersession of the nutifica-

tion of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture and

Irrigation (Department of Food; No. G.S.R. 6J)N(J^:;)/Es:;.Cuni./Sugar, dated the

17th December, W9, the Central Government hereby directs that no producer

of sugar, who is icquired under the t'ireciio.is issued by the Cenlial Govern-

ment to supply levy sugar to a State Government or an Administrator

of a

Union Territory or a nominee of any such. Government c Administrator, shall

demand or icccive from such Government, AUminiMnitor c

amount in excess of Rs. 20.00 pci quintal by way of adv;nve prioi to the

despatch of the corsignment where such consignment is required to be despatched

by rail.
