G.S.K. 281(E|.—In exercise of the powers confexred by rule 96 J of the

Central Fxcise Rules, 1944, the Centzal Government hereby

makes

the

foUov^iii}; iurlher amendment in the notification of the Government of India

in the Ministry of Financo (Department of Revenue) No. 233/77-CE, dated

the 15th July, 1977 (as subsequently amended), namely:—-

In the said notification, in the second proviso, for the figure¹!, letters

and words "31st day of December, 1980", the figures, letters and

words "30th day of June, 1981" shall be substituted
