Subject :—Export of Chroma Ore and Concentrates during 1981-82,

F. No. 6(9)/81-E. H.~Attention is invited to the Export Control Amendment

No. E (C) 0,1977/AM (202) dated tho 21;>t ApriJ, 1981, on the above subject.

2, It has been decided to allow ths export of Chrome Ore cud Concenttatw

as per details given below through the M.M.T.C:—

(i) Chrome Ore Lumps with CrjOa not exceeding 41.99%; and

(ii) Chromite fines and friable ore.

All other varieties of Chromo Ore and Concentrates is banned for export vide

S.No. 22(x)ofPart 'A* of Schedule I to the Exports (Control) Order,1977.

3. Accordingly the entry appearing in Policy Statement against S, No.4J(xiil)

at page 17 of the Export Policy Book 1981-82 will be amended to read as indicated

below :—
