ORDER

New Delhi, the 22nd April, 1981

S O. 315(E).—Whereas by the order of the Government of

Industrial Development) No. S.O.

678(E)/18A/lDRA/72

dated the 24th October 1972 (hereinafter rcfened to as the

said order), the management of

the Industrial undertaking

known as Messrs Carter Pooler and Company Pvt. Limited,

Calcutta had been taken over by the Authorised Controller

referred to in fhe said order for a period of 3 years;

And whereas, the duration of the said order had

been

extended for a further period of one year, that is, upto and

inclusive of 23rd October 1980, by Nolilkalion of the Gov-

ernment of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department

of Industrial Development) No.S.O. 590(E)/18A/IDRA/79

dated the 23rd October, 1979 ;

And, whereas, the duration of

said order has been ex-

tended for a further period of six

months, that is. upto

and inclusive of 23rd Aprill 1981 by the Notification of the

Government of India In the Ministry of Industry (Depart-

ment of Industrial Development) No.S.O 835(E), dated the

23rd October, 1980;

And, whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion

that it is expedient in the public interest that the manage-

ment of the said industiial undertaking by the said Authori-

sed Controller should continue for a

fuither period upto

and inclusive of 23rd October, 1981 ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by

the provise to s-ub-sectlon (2) of the

Section 18A of the

Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of

1951), the Central Government heieby directs that the said

order shall continue to have effect for a further period

upto and inclusive of the 23rd October, 1981.
