S. O. 318(E.)/18AA/IDRA/81.—Whereas by the Order of
the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and
Civil Supplies, Department of Industrial Development No.
S. O. 319(E)/18AA/IDRA/76,
dated
27th April, 1976
(hereinafter referred to as the stud Order), the Central Go-
vernment had authorised the Jammu and Kashmir Industries
Limited to take over the management of the whole of the
industrial undertaking known as Messrs. Plyboard Industries
Limited, Pampore, Jammu & Kashmir, for a period of 5
years, that is upto and inclusive of the 26 h April, 1981:
And, whereas, the Central Government is of opinion that
it is expedient in the public interest that the said Order
should continue to have effect
for a further period of one
year.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (2) of section 18AA read with the proviso in sub-
section (2) of Section 18A of the Industrial (Development and
Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government
