NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 25th April, 1981

S.O. 320(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

section 29B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (61 of

1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amend-

ment in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of

Industrial Development (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 98I.E)/

1DRA/73/1 dated the 16th February, 1973, namely:—

In Schedule V, after the entry "19. T. V. Receivers" the following entry

shall be added, namely :—

"20. Sheet, figured and wired class."

2. In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 29B of the said Act, the

Central Government hereby specifies a period of six months from the date

of publication of this notification as the period after the expiry of which

no owner of any industrial undertaking, which was previously exempted from

the operation of the provisions of the said Act and which is not so exempt by

virtue of this notification, shall carry on the business of such undertakina,

except under and in accordance with a licence issued In this behalf by the

Central Government and in the case of State Governments except under nnd

in accordance with the previous permission of the Central Government,
