•ub-section (2) of section 27 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipula-

tor! (Forfeiture of Pfoporty) Act, 1976, (13 of 1976) the Central Government

hereby makes tho following further amendment in the Order of the Government

of India in the Ministry of Finance
