(2; cf column (3) or b^th of the Second Sth duie appended to

this Notification m lespect of the Minimum breaking strength

specified in ths corresponding entries in column (1) of the said

Second Seh dule

2. The puces fixed undi r this notification shall be exclusive

cf the duty cf excise and "he sales tax which shall be paid in ad-

dition to the ex fectory price by the purchaser at actuals
