NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 8th May, 1981

S.O. 348(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2)

of section 6 of the Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 (25 of 1976J, the Cenlial

Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of tho

Government of India in tho Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 51(E) dated the 24th

January, 1981 published at pages 161-162 of Part II, Section 3, Sub section (li)

of the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated January 24, 1981.

In the said notification, foi serial number 6, the following shall be substituted,

namely —

"6. Shrimati Girlja Eswaran.
