ORDER

New Delhi, the J 3th May, 1981

GSR. 348(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the

Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby

makes the following Order to further amend tho Fertiliser (Control) Order,

1957, namelj —

1. (1) This Oiilcr may be called the Fertiliser (Control) Second Amendment

Older, !98l.

(2) It shall come into foicc on the date of its publication in the Official

Gaelic

2. In clause 13 of the said Older the following sub-clause shall be inserted

aftjx sub-clause (2):—

"(3) Calcium Ammonium Nitrate at serial numbers 5, 24 and 25 of

Schedule I shall be used an d fertiliser. It can also be used for

industrial purposes with tho permission of the Central Government

in the Min.stry of Agriculture. The quantity for industrial use

shall also be allotted by the Ministry of Agi iculture."
