NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th October, 1981

C.S.R. 563(E).—In exercise of the powers confcued by sub-seciion (1) of

section 25 of the Customs Act, J962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government,

being satisfied that it is necessity in the public interest so to do, heieby exempts

the goods specified in column, (2) of the Table annexjd hereto and falling

under Heading No. 20 of the Second Schedule to the Customs Tau'ff Act, 1975

(51 of 19751. when exported out of India, from so much of the duty of cus-

toms le\iable thereon under the said Second Schedule, as is in excess of the

rate of duly specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said

Table.
