NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th October, 1981

.S.O. 757(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section

7 of the Customs Act, 1962, (52 of 1962), the Central Government makes the

following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the

Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 76-Customs,

dated the 19th May, 1973, namely :—

In the said notification, against item 3, relating to the Fort of Karwar

Qncluding Sadashivagad), under the heading "Purpose", for the existing entryf

the following entry shall be substituted, namely :—

"For unloading of fertiliser¹, food grains and rock phosphate- atyi load-

ing of iron and Manganese ore, fish products, industrial material*

explosives and timber.¹'
