S.O. 76()(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 410 of the

Companies Act, 1956 (1 of J956), the Central Government hereby constitutes

an Advisory Committee consisting of tho following persons as members, name-

ly:—

1. Sari R. P. Goenkn,

2. Dr. Abhijit Sen,

3. Shri Satyanarayan Petti,

4. Shri P. P. Mistri,

The members of tho Advisory Committee shall hold office for a period of

two years with effect from 1st November, 1981.
