NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd October, 1981

-S.O. 761(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of soc-

tion 4 of the Tea Act, 1953 (29 of T953), read with -ulc?, 4 and 5 of the

Tea Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby makes the following amend-

ment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Com-

merce No. S.O. E-385 dated the 27th May, 1981 namely :—

In the said notification under the Heading 'Persons representing owners of

tea estates and garden and grtwers of tea' for the entry against serial No. 4 the

following entry shall be substituted, namely :—

'jhri Krishna Kumar Kalyani, Viee-Chairman, Indian Tea Planters' Asso-

ciation, Dinbazar, Jalpaiguri.
