taking and the condition of the plant and machinery of the

said industrial undei taking are such th it it is

rcstait the said industrial undertaking and that such restart-

ing is necessary in the interests of Ihe general public;

And whereas a notice (hereinafter

referred

to as the

show cause notice) is being issued to the said

industrial

undertaking for requiting the said industrial

undeitaking

to

show

cause,

within

a

period

of

fifteen

days,

from the date of leccipt of the show cause notice by

the

said induslnal undci taking, why the management of the whole

of the said industrial undeitakinK should not be taken over

under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the

Industries (Development and Regulation)

Vet, 1951 (65 of

1951);

And whereas it is necessary in the interests of the geneial

public to take over immediately the management of the whole

of the said industrial undertaking pending the issue of, and

the receipt of the reply to, the show cause notice and the

consideration thereof;

Now, therefore, in exercise ot the powers umfeiisd by

clause (b,l ui' sub-section (I) of section ISA'V of the siid

Act, the central Government heieby authorises the National

Textile Corporation Limited, Surya Klran Building, Kasturba

Gandhi Mar?¹ New Delhi (hereinafter rclened to as the

authorised person), to take over the management of

the

whole of the said industrial undertaking, subject to the

following terms and conditions, namely ;—

10 the authorised peison shall comply with all

the

directions issued fiom time to time by the Centtal

Government;

(ii) the authorised person shall hold office for a period

of thirty days commencing on and from the date

of publication of this Order in the Official Gazette ;

(iii) the Central Government may terminate the appoint-

ment of the authorised person earlier if it consi-

ders it necessaiy lo do so.

2. This older shall have effect for a penod of thirty dnys
