NOTIFICATION

Now Delhi, the 24th October, 1981

S.O. 775(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of.

section 1 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the

Central Government hereby appoints the 25th day of October, 1981 as the

date on which the provisions of Chapter TV (except sections 44 and 45 which

have already been brought into force) and Chapters "V and VI (except sub-

section (1) of section 76 and sections 77, 78, 79 and 81 which have already

been brought into force) of the said Act shall come into force in the follow-

ing areas in the State of Andhra Pradesh, namely :—

"The area with the limits of Industial Development Area Jecdimetla,

Jeedimetla village and revenue villages of Alwalpet, Basheera Bad

(East) Boin Pally, Qutubullah Pur (South) QutubuUah Pur, Gajla

Raroaratn (West) KompaOy, Doolapally Sarnram (North) of Rauga

Reddy District."
