O.N. 77(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

«ection 22 of the repiesentation of the People Act, 1951, (43 of 1951), tho

Election Commission of India hereby directs that the following further amend-

ment shall be made in its notification No. 434/UP-HP/79(l), dated the 4th

October, 1979, namely —

In column (2) of the table appended to the said notification for

the

tainting entry number 1 appearing against item 2, the entry '1. Additional

District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Pauri' shall be substituted.
