ORDER

New Delhi, the 9th November, 1981

S.O. 792<E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18A ol the

Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1931 (65 of 1951), the Central

Government hereby make the following further amendments in the Order of

the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial

Development) No. S.O. 325(E) dated the lKth May, 1978, namely :—

In the said Order :

(i) under the heading "Member (Part time)", item 2 and the entries re-

lating thereto shall be omitted.

(ii) under the heading "Member (Finance) (Full-time)'¹, item 6 and the

entries relating thereto shall be omitted.

NOTE :—The principal order S.O. 325(E) dated the 18th May 1978 has
