«f section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersesMon of

the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (De-

partment of Revenue) No. 202-Customs, dated the 10th September, 1981, the

Centrt.1 Government, beinft satisfied that it is necessary to tho public internet

«> to do, hereby exempts coffee, falling under Heading No. 1 of the Second

Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), when exported out of

India, from so much of the duty of customs leviable thereon under the> Afti^l

Second Schedule as is in excess of Rs. 85 per quintal.
